Concert Talent: A Story of Passion

Behind the creation of Concert Talent lies a musical revelation.
At the time, she was a student at Master’s Degree in Russian Literature and Civilisation, I went to study in Moscow for a year. During my time there, captivated by the capital’s vibrant music scene, I became a regular visitor to concert halls. I fell in love with the world of music and its musicians. Music then became the defining story of my life.
A graduate of a Postgraduate Diploma in Music and Performing Arts Management, I’m cutting my teeth at Marie-Andrée Benhamou, founder of the agency Lorentz Concerts. I then joined the label Saphir Productions alongside Pierre Dyens, where I learnt about the role of a record producer. During ten years of close collaboration, I am helping to produce’around a hundred albums and I met many artists with whom I forged strong bonds. My immense admiration for them and my deep desire to showcase their work led me to the obvious conclusion: I set up Concert Talent in 2011.
THE AGENCY
We support artists in shaping, promoting and developing their careers, by offering them bespoke support, designed to address the challenges of each individual’s career path.
We advise them on the design and roll-out of their recording projects, in collaboration with record labels and all partners in the sector.
For their stage engagements, we monitor the various aspects contractual, logistical and communication-related, working closely with the organisers, to ensure smooth collaboration and events that live up to the artistic ambitions.
We also design turnkey music events aimed at businesses and organisations, devising formats tailored to each context.
On a human scale, our agency prioritises a relationship based on trust, close contact and commitment with each of its artists. Our mission is simple: to create the conditions that enable every talented individual to flourish and shine in the long term.
