Tristan Pfaff is enjoying growing popularity with the public. Appearing on television in Jean-François Zygel’s *La Boîte à Musique* and Michel Drucker’s *Vivement Dimanche*, he has made a name for himself with his unique style and great virtuosity.
Tristan Pfaff is a a regular guest at the most prestigious venues and festivals, including La Folle Journée, La Roque d’Anthéron, Auvers-sur-Oise, Heidelberg, Nohant, Menton, the Cité de la Musique, the Victoria Hall, the Salle Gaveau or even the Cortot Hall. He performed in soloist with the’French National Orchestra, the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the’Brittany Orchestra, the’Massy Orchestra, the’European Philharmonic Orchestra, the’La Baule Orchestral Ensemble and the’Armenian Chamber Orchestra.
Following their debut album (Live in Auvers-sur-Oise) released in 2010 on DiscAuvers, he recorded two albums for Aparté, devoted to Liszt then to Schubert. His album Piano Encores, published in 2015, earned him a a standing ovation to a full house during his debut concert at the Salle Gaveau. In 2018, he publishes the Twelve Studies for Piano from Karol Beffa (Ad Vitam), followed by Childhood Paintings (2020), Aerobatics (2021) followed by an album dedicated to Waltzes by Chopin in 2023.
Tristan Pfaff is winner of the Long-Thibaud Competition, ADAMI’s Classic Revelation, winner of the Banque Populaire Foundation award and associate artist to the programmes The SPEDIDAM Generation.
Eva Zavaro’s recording of the Sonata for violin and piano by Oskar C. Posa, published in September 2025, was a huge international critical success: Choc de Classica, 4T of Télérama, Record of the Year for Alex Ross (The New Yorker), Selection Le Monde, Golden Key of the Year ResMusica, Album of the Month Scherzo, Limelight Editor’s Choice.
